The organizers of the conference have pre-selected hotels for the benefit of its participants. The hotels are located within the walking distance from the conference venues or have convenient transportation, and offer special prices or discounts for the participants. Booking should be done on web-sites of the hotels using special promo-code or by filling a special reservation form, which is to be sent to the hotel via email. We strongly suggest making reservations as soon as possible. Payment for accommodation is to be made at the hotel receptions, but credit card details are needed to guarantee your reservations when booking. All the cancellation policies are up to each hotel – usually cancellation free of charge is possible 3-4 days prior to arrival. Cancellations have to be communicated via e-mail to the hotel directly.
